GENERAL INFORMATION GENERAL FACILITIES Total guests will be 65-70 per 2.5 hours session. Massage is back and available to reserve! 60 minute therapeutic table massage sessions are available 5 days a week! Times will gradually be added as we get more massage therapists to join our team! We may ask your cooperation in limiting traffic in the lobby with a pager system. We offer free cold spring water at our poolside water stations, please bring your own empty water bottle to reduce plastic waste. We will not be providing towel service, so please bring your own. We will have towels for sale at the front desk if needed. Personal lockers are limited in number, therefore, please bring only what you need to soak. Anything that cannot be left in your vehicle, we will provide a locker for upon check-in. Bags will not be allowed poolside. Mesh or clear bags will be allowed up at the private tubs only. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We have a food and beverage menu with poolside beer and wine service available. The steam room is for 18 years of age and older. No outside food or beverage allowed within the steam room. We recommend 10 minutes at a time as temperatures are 110-120 degrees on average. (Our steam room is temporarily closed while we complete additional improvement work. Thank you for understanding). Outside food or beverages are not allowed within the premises. We do have a picnic space near the property if you choose to utilize it. Please keep in mind that The Springs is not a bar. We do offer limited, alcoholic drinks as a means of relaxation, not inebriation. However, as a licensed establishment, we have zero tolerance for bringing in your own alcohol anywhere on the premises to include the parking lot/picnic area, within the building, private tubs, or poolside. If we see any or if there are signs of inebriation, you will be refused service and be asked to leave. Please understand this prior to arrival. In order to soak, we need someone 18 years of age or older available to supervise anyone younger in their party as we do not have lifeguards on duty. Do not leave children unattended at any given time throughout the entire facility. We have brought back our relaxing flotation devices provided to you on our adult only (18+ years of age) days which include Monday, Thursday and Friday of each week. We do have a portable ADA lift chair available upon request. The machine has a 300 lb weight limit and can only be used in either of our main pools. If you do have a reservation at both The Springs and our hotel, Inn The Pines, and find that you may need to cancel for any reason, please be aware that cancelling one will not automatically cancel the other. Please contact both facilities to ensure that both reservations are cancelled to avoid any cancellation charges. We look forward to your visit with us! PRIVATE TUBS AVAILABLE BY THE HOUR 10:30 am to 9:00 pm Enjoy the luxury and of one of our private tubs. These private pools are reserved by the hour and can allow up to four adults per reservation. During your soak time a poolside server will be available for food and drink orders while you enjoy your soak. The private tubs are for adults 18 years of age and older only. The price is $65 plus tax per hour for up to two adults, add a 3rd or 4th adult for an additional $5 each. Private tub prices for September 3, 2026 and later will be $70 plus tax per hour. Existing reservations will be honored at the price confirmed at the time of booking. In order to manage our limits on capacity we must maintain two separate reservation lists; one for the private tubs and one for the main facility. After making your reservation for a private tub, please make a separate reservation for use of the main facility if you wish to use it. We're unable to offer a combined discount at this time. We are doing our best to limit the numbers in our main facility to no more than 65-70 people at any given time to provide a relaxing environment for all of our guests.
