ORDINANCE NO. 356
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 263 ESTABLISHING THE FEES FOR PURCHASE OF A GRAVESITE IN IDAHO CITY PIONEER CEMETERY, AND ESTABLISHING THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH SAID FEES MAY BE USED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Idaho City, Boise County, Idaho:
SECTION 1. RESOLUTION OF FEES. The cemetery fee imposed and collected for purchase of a gravesite in the Idaho City Pioneer Cemetery shall be established by resolution adopted by the Council of the City of Idaho City.
SECTION 2. USE OF FUNDS. All fees collected for the purchase of gravesites in Pioneer Cemetery shall be set aside in the General Fund to be used for maintenance, upkeep, and for any other expenses that shall be incurred by the City in the operation of Pioneer Cemetery.
SECTION 3. SAVINGS CLAUSE. If any section, paragraph, sentence or pro-circumstance shall ever be held invalid or unenforceable, such holding shall not affect the remainder hereof, which shall continue in full enforce and effect and applicable to all circumstances to which it may validly apply.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in one (1) issue of the Idaho World, a newspaper of general circulation and the official newspaper thereof.
SECTION 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of The Idaho World, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Idaho City, and the official newspaper of said City.

ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020
AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2019, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,170,856 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF IDAHO CITY FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR, AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT TAX UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES FOR WHICH SAID APPROPRIATION IS MADE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Idaho City, Boise County, Idaho.
SECTION 1. That the sum of $1,170,856 be, and the same is appropriated to defray the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of Idaho City, Boise County, Idaho for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2019.
SECTION 2. The objects and purposes for which such appropriation is made, and the amount of each object and purpose is as follows:

SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of The Idaho World, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Idaho City, and the official newspaper of said City.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IDAHO CITY, COUNTY OF BOISE, STATE OF IDAHO:

That the following described land is contiguous to the City of Idaho City, Idaho; that the subject land is within the corporate limits of the City of Idaho City; and that the Mayor and Council of the City of Idaho City have directed the subject land to be de-annexed by the City. Said land is more specifically described as follows:

SECTION 2. That the above-described real property be, and the same is hereby, de-annexed and removed from the territory and jurisdiction of the City of Idaho City, Boise County, Idaho.
SECTION 3. That the real property de-annexed from the City of Idaho City, and herein above described shall be solely part of Boise County, Idaho, and its development and use governed by Boise County, Idaho.
SECTION 4. That the City of Idaho City City Clerk is hereby directed to alter all use and area maps as well as the official zoning maps, comprehensive plan and all official maps depicting the boundaries of the City of Idaho City, Idaho, in accordance with this ordinance.
SECTION 5. All ordinances, resolutions, orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded and annulled.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the corresponding ordinance by Boise County, Idaho has been adopted and published according to law.
SECTION 7. The Clerk of the City of Idaho City shall, within 10 days following the effective date of this ordinance, duly file a certified copy of this ordinance and a map plainly and clearly designating the boundaries the lands herein de-annexed, with the following officials of the County of Boise, State of Idaho, to wit: the Recorder, Auditor, Treasurer, and Assessor and shall also file simultaneously a certified copy of this ordinance with the State Tax Commission of the State of Idaho, all in compliance with Idaho Code Section 63-215.
